Due to continued growth, we are delighted to announce that Panacea has appointed a second QPPV. Ashley McMahon – who is now working along alongside, and under the guidance of our Senior QPPV, Sally Francis – has a BSc in Toxicology from Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland, and a post-graduate diploma in Pharmacovigilance from Hertfordshire University. She is currently undertaking additional eLearning training courses in best practice via The Research Quality Association. Ashley is also a member of the professional bodies PIPA  and DIA and has seven years’ experience in pharmacovigilance having worked in senior positions within the CRO and pharmaceutical industries.

Commenting on her appointment, Ashley said:

“I am proud to have joined Panacea as a QPPV. Panacea prides itself on maintaining high standards and quality, which as a QPPV, is fantastic to see. I have settled in extremely quickly, which has been made so easy due the warm welcome I have received from my colleagues. I am thoroughly enjoying my start at Panacea and very excited to see what lies ahead in the coming months and I am looking forward to a long and happy career here.”

Senior QPPV Sally Francis commented:
